Try to jump off of your foot you step up with.

Pull apart and downward… focusing on squeezing your shoulder blades together

Walk hands out for the modified version.
Proper Burpee Form
Keep back flat and plant hands under arm pits when you go down into pushup… tuck elbows at your side.
Ankle Wiggles
Touch each ankle.
Toe Taps
Slightly squat down while you do these.
Resistance band squat jumps in and out
Make sure your knees are always lined up with where you step your feet. Push knees outward.. put weight in your heels.
Lateral to Frontal Arm Raises
Do not go above your shoulders for this move… you could pinch a nerve.
1 Arm Reverse Flies
If you don’t have weights at home find a water jug, pots/pans, or something you can hold to do the move
Leg Drop Abs
Always keep one leg up, wait until legs meet at the top before letting the other drop down. Put hands under hips to protect your lower back.
